An 8R6 clutch is a one year failure that came only on the 82 SRV. They had 8R9 clutches of the same style for the 82 SRX. They were bastard clutches that had many problems and are why Yamaha went to Comet on the SRV's and Vmax 540's for a few years. Most were replaced in the first year or so with a Comet by the dealers when they failed. About the only thing they are good for is for restoration of an 82 SRV or SRX if you want all original (out of the crate) parts on it. An 8R9 clutch can be recalibrated for the 82 SRX if you can find the parts. They are not easy to find in usable condition and only have value to someone restoring one of these sleds.
