Depends on how many layers of head gasket are in it, what elevation, tester, testing procedure, etc... Generally as long as the numbers are within a reasonable spread (5-10%) of each other and are not crazy low (under 110 or so) you shoould be good to go. Rings are considered a wear item in a 2-stroke and should be replaced at semi regular intervals.
