Do you paint or powder coat coil springs? Will the heat of powder coating take the temper out of the spring? Also what is the prep, should they be sand blasted or just brushed?

i have painted and powdercoated my springs, i prefer the lasting finish of the powder myself. prep depends on what is on it to begin with. you can put powder over powder but, most coaters will want painted parts stripped/blasted.
