Last year I installed 8 tooth drivers on my sled. I think it's like dropping 2 teeth. This year I'm installing pipes and I was wondering if I should gear back up 2 teeth, go up 1 tooth or if I should leave it alone. Any help would be great. The sled is a 600 triple and I'm installing center dumps.

how did the sled feel with the current gearing and clutching?

It felt awsome! Great acceleration, she'd pull the skis no problem! If I didn't buy the pipes, I wouldn't have changed a thing!

Any ideas?

Not an expert but I would gear back up because the center dumps seem to be low rpm pipe so I would say gear back up just my opinion

I wouldnt change the gearing until you ride the sled with the pipes...you may love the pull it has with the lower gearing and more power. You will also want to clutch and think about regearing your sled once you get a chance to ride it with the pipes if you want to make up for some loss in top end speed, regearing will help you do this.
What kind of track do you have on this sled?

I have a camo predetor. Can't remeber the model number, but it's a 1.187 lug track.
