hey guys does a viper speedometer work in a srx i thought i read someones sled build and i thought they put a viper speedometer in a srx and it plugged rite in except one wire or something like that ..but i cant seeem to find the thread on it again ....if so anyone have viper speedo with 2000 miles or so on it i want to try to keep the miles close ..but will take any ..and i have a nitro road cover in very good shape i would trade for thanks guys

yeah i did that with my 2000 srx. dont do it. too much work you have to change the whole wiring harness,cdi, add a seperape thumb control warmer. & it retards the timing. & on top of that your sleds only have 1 headlight so you would fry your magneto.but it looks cool.but in the long run it's not worth it. ohh also you have to add the drive shaft & speedo pickup under there.lots of work.
