Looking at purchasing a 2004 Viper ER...will the shocks need re-valved or replaced for a better ride?
Shocks were updated in 2003 in the Vipers. Which means they were re-valved from the 2002.Depending on your weight or riding style you may want to re-valve.

Rear shocks in the 04 were non rebuildable.
