Bergstrom triple points for me. His 8in are also very good. Longest wearing bars in the business imo.
I'd let the oil run down or suck it out with a turkey baster and then run the oil of your choice. I ran Klotz this year and was happy with it. Always used yamalube in the past.
Port Yamaha is a sponsor for this site and should still be able to hook you up with some older gear. If they don't have what you are looking for Highlands Yamaha may, but they are not a site sponsor, so I would go to Port first. Port has excellent customer service also.

Highlands really doesn't have any SRX clothing left. I have been there several times in person looking for it. Most of their old stuff gets discounted and sold at the snow shows.
Red oil sounds like Amsoil Dominator which is one of their top oils, i use it in all my sleds.
Yamaha makes some very nice suits that will match your SRX usally Ebay is a good spot to get lasts years clothing brand new at a good price.

I really like my Stud Boy Shaper Bar carbides. I'm not running them on a SRX though.
You buy that machine from NOSBOY? Red oil could be tranny fluid, lol.
Just kidding!!! Anyway, NOSBOY runs it in the fuel system, not the oil system.
Bender hit the nail on the head. IMO Dominator is overkill though, switch to their Interceptor oil and save you $$$ for gas.

well im a little numb i realize but i think i would know if it was tranny fluid lol. is the klotz oil red in color? my friend seems to think it is w/ the sled running it seems like it he said.
You might want to look on ebay for the clothing your looking for? As to my knowledge, its a new Era in sledding and the older sled clothing was liquidated years ago.
i do look almost every day ob there lol. no biggy if i dont get any. i still have my vmax jacket from my 97' vmax i dont even wear that i'll most likely put on ebay my self. thanks.

I have been running shaper duallies with 9" on USI skis-I know it's over kill but with the 136" kit the sled handles like a slot car!
so what are all you guys suing for 2 stroke oil? i see that klotz has a tc-we synth. oil that is good for power valves? also where do you find it at descent prices? thanks

I run amsoil intercepter in my machine.... also running the 9 inch shaper bars, very happy with them, on my second set now since I owned the machine, they seem to last quite some time.
PM sleddheadd for a gallon of that amsoil interceptor. He will give you a good deal on it if you cant find anything reasonable locally. Stuff is amazing. 2 seasons and power valves still look good. You can actually lean out the oil pump just a hair by switching to a full synthetic.

for carbides, I am using Sharpers (dual ones)...but on C&A skis <--- which Id recommend to anyone running those horrible stock yammy skis...night/day difference, and floats nice on fluff too...
Red oil sounds like the "good stuff" for sure. Id find out what has been run in thre (historically) and stick with that
