1991 Waverunner 500 Loseing spark

Looseing spark on my 1991 WR500 It will run for a few minutes then looses spark. Any think I should check? Coil packs???

check the coils and the stator with an ohm meter. have a sled that does this and we know it is the pickup coil under the flywheel.

Might have to check the stator coil ohms cold and warm. Saw this happen once where once the machine warmed up it lost spark, turned out to be the stator.
