I had to move my sled & remebered at the end of the season the primary would pop or snap open when getting back to below engagement rpms. What would this be from & how to fix. Thanks.
On a side note, how do you get into the 4S forum??? I want to post in there & it says to register. Tried that but it says my email address is banned...wtf?

I had that problem with my secondary.... Turns out it was just really dirty, so i took the primary and secondary apart and cleaned em real good, and inspected the bushings and springs..

That would be my guess on the clutch, either really dirty or the spring is broken, etc. Just have to get a puller and inspect it. You may be able to pull the outer cover off and see what is going on that way. If you end up pulling the clutch off, when you put it back on: Torque it to 85 ft./lbs, then loosen the bolt back up completely, and then re-torque at 43ft./lbs.
As far as the problem with the 4s side, I would click on MrSled (site admin) at the top of this section and then e-mail him.
