I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but...
I'm cleaning up my sled for the new season and want to remove the old registration numbers and put new stickers on. So, what's the best way to remove stickers without ruining the paint on my sled?

wax and grease remover or a rubber wheel be careful with rubber wheel, you can go to far but they are real easy to use

Heat it up with your (wife's) hair dryer and peel it off; if there is any leftover goop use some Goo Gone.
If you are removing the oem decals then I would say heat gun and the rubber wheel - which you can buy from any automotive paint/body store for under $10.

I 've found that using hot water will loosen up the adhesive and the decal will pull off smoothly.
I used the blow dryer too with the goo gone and paper towel and its gone.
