Dual Fuel pump, one carb

Like the title says, anyone ever use a dual outlet fuel pump, for a single carb. If so what do you do, just block off one outlet? And hows the best way to block off a outlet? Thanks

I've done it a few times before, just take a piece of fuel line and a 1/4" bolt to block off the one you won't be using.
