Hey's guy's,I have a chance to purchase a set of shock's from a fellow,they are around the '1998-1999 years,they are light gold in colour and i'm sure these are the factory gas models which he say's will fit several long travell models these I should mention are from the rear skid.Question is are these rebuildable or rechargeable as they say?

Sounds like they are Ohlin's shocks. They are rebuildable.
Make sure they are Ohlins, there is a huge difference between Ohlins and some others that were gold colored.

Hey thank's again guys', these shocks' are possibly off an sx,srx,sxr???Also they have the screw style adjuster on them instead of the cam(step style).Are these a good shock for my venture touring?

Make sure you check to see if they are short or long travel shocks. You need long travel. 98 -99 SX and SRX's were short travel. Post some pic's and someone can help you. They should have some stickers on the side to identify them.
