I bought PSI triple pipes second hand with out the jets and other things that I need for it. I was wondering if anyone knew what I would need to get or if there was a site that had all of this already. I'm riding in -20 weather and around 440ft above sealevel. Thanks. Chris

Jets @ weights

PM Turk or Modmmax they will have the answer for sure, hope it helps ya, pray for snow, we got 5 inches of wet snow on Sat Oct 11, seen lots of tracks in the ditch...

I have a 700 sx on psi's. I was told it works on stock jetting. As of now I am at stock mains 2.0 (pto) 2.5 (cen) 3.0 (mag) on needles 40 pilots 1.25 on fuel screws and its a total gas pig. I am running a 51/41 helix and it only turns 5400 rpms in trail. Bought this thing cheap and rebuilt it but its killing me in gas. If anyone knows what to do with it I would be thankful for the help.

just going off the calculator, based on where mine is with the same pipes at 4-7k I would say high 150's is pretty close.

ok here you go . Hope it loads

you need to jet down with the psi's! and raise the needles, and go out to 3 turns on the fuel screws ... see the chart above

also I would run 8cr, or 8ca weights at 42.5 grams total weight at 70* on sec setting, total shift rpm should be around 9100 rpm! everything else can be stock! this is for 97sx only, sxr's will be a lil different.

thanks yammy. i had 45 pilots at 1 turn and had to drop to 40' cause it had no throttle response its good now. had 5 degrees here yesterday made half throttle run and jetting is still a little heavy 2.5, 2.5, 3.0 on the needles. i still need to check the mains. i do have reed spacers so i am thinking that accounts for some of the richness on the bottom but at cruising speed (20 mph) it pulls about 5400 rpms and after a while it loads up a little and fires out of the pipe. i keep dickin with this thing and its really pissing me off. besides the fuel economty sucks 7-8 mpg. maybe i am expecting to much

for clutching i have 8 ch at about 40 grams green silver green spring 51/41 helix silver sec spring at 60 * it goes to 8800 and pulls to 9100. feels pretty right. only turns 8800 8900 in powder. still cant get any mileage though

go back to 45's on the pilots and 3 turns on the fuel screws. set your needles at 3rd, 4th,4th, pos respectivly. make sure your mains are jetted according to altitude and that should clean it up thruout the power band!
