Getting pix on the computer...

I have a digital camera and i can get the pictures into my documents by hooking it up to the computer, but i don't know how to turn my pics into a hyperlink to post on a forum.... only way i know how to send pics right now is through e-mail, if i try to add a hyperlink it asks for a web address of sometype...

Do i need a online album?

I Rarely add photos to the internet, help would be appreciated by those who know.

Step 1) Get a picture worth posting and save it on your computer
Step 2) Click "Go Advanced" and then click "Manage Attachments"
Step 3) Click "Browse" and locate the photo and click "Upload"
Step 4) Share your picture
