How is the bumper attached? A buddy picked up a yamaha extension with the rear exchanger, but says his stock bumper wont fit the inside or outside of the tunnel. Plus it would hit the coolant tubing?!?!?
Plus he's looking for the long rear side covers that cover the coolant hoses.
Anyone with some insight or pics would be helpfull.
Thanks

The stock bumper worked on my Hartman kit, it also came with 2 reinforcement plates for the inside that the bumper bolts go through and it also rivets to the new extension piece and the sleds tunnel. All said and done this is a very solid setup that I have.Your buddy could probably get those hose covers from hartman.

Thanks, I'll check on the covers.
Still not sure on the bumper being mounted. He said it is a Yamaha extension with exchanger. Im not sure it is from someone that parted out a sled or what. But it appears that the coolant hose and the exchanger fitting(elbow) would be in the way.
Anyone have pics of theirs with the side covers off?

Here is a Viper Mtn Extension and Bumper . . .
