O.K., Here's my future car, sitting in my neighbors garage. Pic was taken today... He's going to need a different shelf to store things on... I checked the Superbird Registry, & only 28 "Petty Blue', are still known to exist.. I'm sure this one is not on their list! I Sigh!!

You keep posting pics. Someone will get the plate number off of one of the cars. And get his addy and stop by and give him an offer he can't refuse.

If someone was that low........
 
Moved to mexico.......?! With the car!? Is it just me or dose something sound alittle off about that. I can understand if thats where he was from, but usually if you have to move to Mexico somethins up. hmmmmm...... :dunno:

Thats sad about the car tho... another one vanishes into the dust prolly never to be seen or heard of again. :whine:

I think it was a joke. He didn't move. He just said that so nobody would come looking for the car..........
 
:o| Yeah...ok...I get it now....ha ha....I guess thats what I get for responding at 7:30 in the morning. I guess I made it to work on auto-pilot this morning - apparently I wasent functioning at 100% yet. Thanks for that. :D:DP
 
I knew he was joking, yea that's it, knew it was a joke.
Now if it was an El' Camino I would have believed it.

That Cars in Barns website is gut wrenching - those pictures are horrible! I was lookin at this site at work for a minute and the lady who was sittin next to me asked me what I kept swearin about.....this web site. I'm definatly goin home and dustin the charger. Thats sad, $h!t like that really p!$$e$ me off. People just dont get it - some people actually have a passion for those cars - not those whos' yards those cars are sitting in rotting away
 
Yep. My neighbor has a 67 camaro SS sitting in his pole parn, at least 4 years now, never drives it, The front wheels are locked up now from not using it, Guess what I see him doing........ He takes his tractor, hooks up s chain to the under carriage and drags it backward out of the barn..??????
Its sat out side for 8 days now. I asked if he wanted to sell. Couldnt really get a answer out of him, I'll keep trying,, maybe one day.

Sad to see them go to waste..
 
I think we all need some more recon to make sure he's not using as a shelf because it needs a complete front end or needs body work as well. If he moves it out to the driveway or yard, then I'll agree with the moaning. :)
 
I have seen the whole drivers-side, having gone to the front door , when the garage was open. everything seems to be intact. But, it really doesn't matter. The car is worth stupid bucks anyway it sits.. just like a lot of the old muscle cars. I have a friend who has one of the old Yenco Camaro's..& that thing is worth a fortune dead or alive..
