I need a new tunnel for my 04 mtn viper. MPI just stopped making them. Fabcraft has them but im researching my options. Does anyone know of any other companies that make tunnels?

Mountain Magic in Edmonton builds tunnels, but I don,t have their number. They have a website, you could try an Internet search to find it.

Do you want to modify your existing tunnel or just repair a damaged one.?

I crashed and bent my tunnel both sides under the gas tank area and the whole length of the tunnel has a bad twist now. As well as bent my suspension (rails, axels, mounts and,..well everything). I already boughta used 159" ekholm deep snow suspension for it though so am looking for a good tunnel to fit. As well ive heard this may make it climb better due to better snow evacuation???
Ive never modified a sled before so any suggestions are appreciated. Is it worth it to get it dropped and rolled when i change the tunnel?

I rode with a friend that had 151 drop and rolled from MPI. He may have trenched a little less and got on top a little sooner. But, it had less foot well room on right hand side, he bought new boots to get his foot to fit in the smaller space.

I did a D+R before last season and wouldn't want to be without now. Tons of room and gets up on top noticably faster. I run 9t 2.52 drivers with a 2.25 track and can stuff my fist between the heat exchanger and the paddles with room to spare. Lots of room for snow.....
