I am wanting to 136 my 02 viper which right now is 121. Thanks to some great members here I will be getting the 136 rails and brackets. I know that I need a tunnel ext. but what else should I be gettin?
While I have it all apart I think a fourth wheel kit would be a good idea.
This sled is used for mid-aggresive trail riding primarily. I do some off trail riding also. Looking to improve the ride of this machine .
Any thots.

you said what else you need? Well, a 136" track might be a good suggestion!!!! lol, i dunno b'y, but if you do some-what aggressive trail riding and some off trail riding, then a 1.5" lug track would be a good option, thats what i have on my 01 Mountain Lite, i have not tried it yet because i only had it for a couple weeks, but it should be good for fairly deep snow around my area, and be able to have great hook-up while trail-riding to, but a 136" set-up is good for what you do.

Get with Rich from Rich Motorsports who is a site sponsor on here, he can hook you up with everything you'll need for the conversion. He has some very fair prices and gives good advice.

No, you don't have to change your drivers, but some will go to anti-rachet drivers, but its not mandatory.Gear down 1 tooth on the top sprocket in the chaincase and clutching will be very close and most likely be good to go.This has been my experience with Turks help and it has worked great.
