Does anybody know where the best place to buy Ohlins shocks. These damn things are expensive!

I would like to add them to my 98 Mountain SRX, so of course I need the longer shocks and can't use take offs from the SRX short tracks. Thanks. G.

I watched about 6 sets go out on E-bay last year. Average price was about $300 for a "clean" set. Advant-edge motorsports makes a 5/8" extension that spins on the rod end of the stock SRX ohlins. This gives about 1" more usable travel. I have them on my SX with M-10 in the rear. Just a thought if this option helps? :dunno:

I bought a set of Ohlins rear shocks for my Sportster from these guys this summer. Great to deal with.

Thank-you. I'll check that out. I had no idea about the extensions, I turned my nose up at a pair for next to nothing because I thought that they would not fit! G.
