Hey guys,

Who here has used these Hauck "X" Weights? I am looking into a set and want some feedback. I've heard from TURK they are good, But who else has used them????

Nik!

LOL! I am just looking for a baseline for tuning. Like lets say 2G in the tip 1.5 in the centre. It's easier to tune when you have an Idea.

understood. call hauck's tech department and ask for titus. tell him what's done to your sled and he will give you a ballpark. tell him too what the secondary is currently setup at.

...maybe try like 4g inner, middle 2-3g, and tip 3g. just a guess.

I sent Pat an email. Hoping to give me a ball park. I also Called my cousins hoping to speak with Gerry, But I got Flavio. He hasn't had any experience with Pat's products, Obviously they're competition.

That seems like Quite a bit. The weight over all is 47G, It is scattered pretty equally , Just like an 8GC-00.

Just Picture an 8GC-00 with the cam profile of an 89A-10!

its going to depend on how stiff of a primary spring you use and how shallow the angles are on your helix. i don't remember how much weight exactly is in my dad's '98 xtc 600, using the 47g "x" weights, but i know its like 55g! goes to show that a little 600 twin, can run lots of weight, but that is because of the stiff primary spring and shallow helix angle (48/42).

We'll see after I do some tuning in the next coming month.

Mopar1.... If SRX bully PM's you Could you please send some info about COD shipping to him once you find out tomorrow. I would like to purchase the Trailing arms off him, and I would like him to ship COD also.

Thanks a lot, Nik!

Ok never mind he said he trusts me, LOL! What a mistake that was!!!! I'm just joking SRX bully! LMAO!
