I am going to be running my track without the studs this year. I am wondering since all the studs will be removed will it hurt the track with all the holes exposed?

How many studs DID you have in it? i dont see there being a problem, eventually though i think the track may rip apart depending on how old and worn the track is.... can i ask why you aren't running studs?

My 03 RX-1 came with the stock track pre-drilled for 96 studs. I rode it for 2 seasons without then studded for the third season. No problems at all. Maybe if its drilled for some ridiculous amount of studs but i still can't see a problem.

If I am right it has 144. I had studs in last yr and it shredded my track once it caught something along the road. Anyhow it was nice to have the studs but we will see what happens without studs running the ripsaw. Plus I don't have to worry about my heat exchangers getting ruined.
