Just bought a 1998 SRX, pulled the carbs, I think the Jets are wrong, does anyone know for sure what the stock jetting is, both pilots and mains?
Oops forgot the mention it's a 700
Thanks

Not sure of the altitude, just trail riding here in Minnesota.waynemags said:let me know what altitude and temps you want to jet for. ill get them for you.
This has 142.5 in all three so I know someone messed with them.
It has 42.5 Pilots.

pilots are correct. mains should be 146.3 pto/center and 148.8 on mag. this is for sea level.
stock, mj#1,#2;146.3.mj#3;148.8.pj#42.5. jn3.0. ps 1 1/8. you need to adjust for altitude and temp.

I run 145's across the board and i am pretty close to your area. I ran ran 135's on my race sled last winter on the coldest day and never burnt down. I like to run little bigger pilots think both my sleds had 47.5 when i bought them and i switched out to 50's for the extra fuel on the hole shot.

Thanks all, I think I should be able to run the sled with the 142.5's but I will get the stock jets back in there for reliability.98+01srx said:I run 145's across the board and i am pretty close to your area. I always wondered why they ran the MAG side richer since it gets coolant first?
