grass drag timer

i am looking for timer for grass drags . i don,t know alot about them but i know you need 2 beacons transmitters and a receiver unit any help would be great or a place to read about these or see them

check the classifieds, a few weeks back jeff had one for sale, it was a robotec version. company doesnt make them anymore but will sell parts. they work great. they will give trap speeds, total, will do lap speeds. just move from sled to sled with velcro.

I built a set for myself. It basically had two sensors, one you trip to start the timer watch and the second sensor at the finish to stop the timer. They were basic but did the job. If interested, let me know and I will send you a more detailed description on the setup. You can do it for about $100.
