ok im going to do new rings and was wondering what to "clean up" or it porting it easy???... i was just thinking or smoothing out the ports intake and exaust.. but the cylinders are nic a sealed right? if the r then i just have to stay off the rim of the port right... any help would be great

don't pm me, I only know how to over heat them or blow up the re-coil some how....LOL....
Porting is very beneficial on srx's. I would suggest having an experienced professional perform the work. Either get in contact with Mrviper, Or Iantomasi racing! Which ever is closer to you.

You have to discuss this with the guy who does the porting, different porting specs will require different jets specs! Send a Pm to mrviper(don) he will answer all your questions!
