I did not feel right about hijacking any of the other threads, so I made my own, even if the content seems to be just about the same. This is a view inwards of the Norwegian "Storfjorden" (directly translated: "Large fjord"). Snow is finally about to hit us, thank Heavens. Can't wait to ride my Exciter! I'm feeling like a kid on christmas eve!

Yep! :WayCool:

I have allready done some sledding. I have ride snowmoile quite often when I work out in the forests. Imagine : they pay me money when I ride... ;)! Ofcourse it is not just blasting trough woods and trails, but still good.

We -24c here now. Stilla good fieldwork weather. I usually work outside until it`s -30c, below that I´´l do officestuff what IS BORING...

Here is pic of last april. Out doing fieldwork...

Oyvind,

Are you using a delayed shutter on a tripod? Sure looks good with no flash.

No delay, but I use a tripod and fully manual settings on my PowerShot A60. The exposure time required for some of these shots were over 15 seconds, so a tripod is definately required.

Good Morning !

Jep, getting paid to ride. I work for Metsähallitus ( forestry engineer by education ). Metsähallitus = forest and park service.

But I still prefer riding in weekends  with my brother and friends ;):D . Work is just work. #$%&*

Great pics ! Seems to me you got a bit more snow than us. Well, I don´t worry. Before it`s christmas, there will be almost too much of snow.

Got my WP-shocks back from service yesterday. I´m planning to put them on to my MountainLite today.
