which primary spring should i have on my srx -80
i have now only 3200r/min engagement rpm.
the engine runs good but i have no "kick" in the begining. i guess i should have at least 4500r/min.?
i have opened the clutch and its in good condition. i see a red mark on it so i guess i have the stock spring red-brown.

and also where to buy the spring on the net?

thanks

yes ,but i have been told that i have to low engagement rpm to fix it whith SHIMS.the person i ask about that say that i could only add shims upp to max 400r/min whith shims????

IF YOU WANT A 4500 ENGAGEMENT YOUR CORRECT. YOU WON,T GET THERE WITH SHIMS. YOU MUST CHANGE SPRING. IF WLS CAN POST WHAT SPRINGS HE HAS, I CAN TELL YA WHAT WOULD WORK. 3:16 (yammie tony)

I hope these are for a srx, anyway I have (if color code is the same as part #) 90501-555A0, this has Green and a Yellow paint spots, just 2 colors on spring.
The next one, no numbers, but has Dark Red, almost burnt red, white then red color again. 3 colors on spring, this one is stiffer then the first one.
Hope this helps.

I THINK THAT DARK RED-WHITE-RED IS A 1979 SRX SPRING. NOT GONNA HELP THOUGH, STILL LOW ENGAGEMENT RPM. I BEIEVE GPX SPRING IS WHAT YA NEED. STILL DIGGING FOR THAT PART # ! 3:16 (yammie tony)

tony it is 90501-55241 color is red/pink this is standard gpx spring.
wls, your green spring is a phazer hi-alt spring
