Carb question

Im selling these carbs off a piped sx 700.I know they have holtzman vari flow but what are the black knobs on top for? Or is this part of the holtzman set up? The guy i bought the sled from said they were 38mm but im not sure.

Might be dial-a-jets, pics too small can't see.

The knobs are probably remote idle mixture cables. At least judging by what I can see in the kinda small pic.

x2 on the remote adjusters, the round knurled ends and the bracket on the bowl screw are a dead givaway.

Yep, remote fuel screws.See the cables coming off of screws??
