Started installing heel clikers in my viper and ran into problem with the plastic washers that they provide in there kit being to thick. They advise in there directions not to use the stock ones and to only use theres. Also the sleeve that goes thru the weights are tight.Has anyone else had these problems?Should i ream the hole in the weight so that the sleeve will slide thru easily?

The newer style weights use thin metal washers that are about the same thickness as plastic. I have used the stock washers with no probs but i change out my components a lot. If the pin is real tight on the weight bushing use a round file & grind away some material until it fits so that it swings freely.

Thanks Turk, I just recieved this kit from super torquer and it doesn't have the metal washers that you are talking about. They are the 40-10's.I wonder if I was suppose to get these with this kit or do they only come with there other kits? Also I noticed that the washers on the heel that i added will make contact with the rollers, its not much of an interfence but they will touch. Is this going to be a problem?

No probs as long as your not using more then 4 washers in the heel. Use your stock washers with 40/10,s or if the weight wiggles from side to side then use 2 stock washers.

I had the same problem with the washers hitting. I just ground a little flat spot in the washers, i'm using 5. I also used a bit of emery cloth on the pins to free them up a bit.
