Does anyone have instructions and or pics of the SRX air box modification? I am told it is just drill some holes in the top. Do you have to re-jet to compensate for the increase in air flow? Does this mod really help? I was told not to take the dividers out of the air box?
Take the vertical dividers out, and that's IT!

some guys have drilled holes and some just pull the dividers out. if you trail ride and don't have any other engine mods done to your sled, like porting, head work, etc, just leave the airbox alone. if you do decide to do the airbox mod (drilling holes in the top) then be prepared to increase the main jets by 1-2 sizes. my .02
