well 2 seasons ago i hit one of them colvert pipes that they olny put on the right side of the trail ....i fixed it at least i thought ...tonight i was flipping the shock brackets to raise the front end up to match my skis ...and i took the shock off and end has a pretty good bend in it enought to were the shaft is cracked half way through..can the shaft be changed ? anyone ever had this happen and had theres changed ? what kind of money does it cost to have this done ? also i was thinking of straighting it and having it welded ? or should i just start looking for a new one ? also i cant push them in by hand almost like both are stuck or i just dont have enough a** to compress them ...how hard should they be cause i couldnt even budge them ??

i've never done em on that shock but ive done alot of fox shocks and a shocks a shocks a shock right.... the shaft you can just trear it apart and order a new shaft just make sure to keep all the parts in order.... what i did was get a peice of wire and put the parts on the wire as they come off and the took the shaft down to the yammie dealer and they got me a new one and it was on like 15 bucks... all the shafts they had where 10-20 buck witch they had to order but it was cheep and get oil and some nitrogen and charge the puppys and your good to go... but on yours it looks like the top cup might be bent make sure thats good to...
