Repairing broken W Arm (See another Picture)

I went to pull my skid to perform some servicing and noticed the W Arm was broke and looks to be in rough shape. Is this something I can just weld up and put it back in service? Any advice out there? Thanks, Craig

i have no i dea butttt mine is craked and im geting it fixed as soon as i can there was a guy who said he fix it 4 free for me if i sent it to him thats like a 200 daller part there

If it can be welded, I would have all the joints on the W-arm welded for added strength. T would have it sand blasted and powder coated after that rid rid the threats of any rust and corrosion breaks in the future.

yeah thats looks like you need to get a new one, i always see some go off on ebay for like 70 bucks or so.. that one broke pretty good..

2000 srx nice sled ;) i like the chrome man..

I would just get a new one. Taking a chance on repairing junk is not worth the risk.

guys, thanks for the input. It sounds like the consensus is to replace it. Not too often you get a unanimous decision!

Are there other components to the skid that are prone to breaking as well?

Posted a second picture for others to reference should they perform a search on broken W Arm weld repair. There was a fourth weld cracked and ready to blow too. I've got a double welded replacement coming from CB Performance Parts. (Thanks Bruce)
