Does Anyone Know What The Size Is For This O-ring. My Local Dealer Does Not Have One. The Yamaha Part Number Is 3h1-14147-00-00.
Huh?
Am I totally out to lunch on this? I did not know there was an o-ring on a pilot jet. Are you talking about the o-ring on the fuel screw?

I am thinking you are talking about the oring on the fuel screw......
ASFAIK, you can not get just the oring. Atleast that was they way it was on Keihn FCRMX carbs, put on Yamaha dirtbikes. You had to but the whole fuel screw assembly. We tried sizing up orings which would work, but the ones that had the right i.d. had too big of an o.d. and the ones with the right o.d. had too small of an i.d.
In hindsight, if we would have just ordered the fuels screw assembly we would have saved us a day searching for a oring, when in the end we didn;t find it and still needed to order it.
I dont know if this is how it is going to be on Yamaha snowmobiles, but i would recommend purchasing the oring recommended, and not trying to just find one to suffice.

Just kidding man, I usually drop small carb parts on the floor and waste a hour or two looking for them before I get one of the kids to come out and find it for me. The wife has learned to pretend she is as blind as I am, so it doesn't work to ask her for help any more.
