Stud torque values

I've been looking over my track, and noticed a few loose studs. What should I tighten these up to?

Just snug em down till they sqwish the rubber some..

Actual torque in the instructions is like 15 to 20 ft/lbs. just snug em up like stated above...

Yeah i took a 1/4" torque wrench and did mine to Woody's spec

1/4 turn before the nut breaks off..... J/K... I actually got that answer once..
