i dont recall the size but im sure i went up 2 sizes.low 150's..i dont recall exactly but if you go around there it will not blow.

Hmm... I had always heard he was great to talk to...

My uncle bought one new recently - i'll check with him to see if any paperwork came with it.

thats odd? they still have info for their twin pipes they made back in 1981 for the SRV's they emailed me the notes they had for their setups.

My Uncle just got back to me with this:

"84-89 Models:

Spring: Yellow-Orange High Altitude 90501-520A2-00

or : Yellow-Green 90501-50351-00

90-91 Models:

Spring: Blue-White 90501-55388-00

92-97 Models:

Gold-Yellow-Gold 90501-524G5

Go two sizes up on the main jet, and start out rich, you may have to come back down again in jet sizes."

145's on the mains, put Boysean 2 stage reeds in it, put whatever primary spring in it that makes it turn 7500 all the time (I don't remember the spring for that year), call it done, it will wake it right up. Olav is usually pretty close on the springs, and he'll always tell you to go up 2 jets when you pnly need 1.

Thanks guys, I will post some pictures of the sled if I can figure out how to. it turned out really nice! Is there no need to change the pilot jet?
