RX-1 skis on a 2001 SXR????

I bought a pair of RX-1 mountain skis for a 2001 SXR, doesn't look like they will just bolt right on. When I took the ski bolts out of both SXR skis one of the bushings came out on both bolts and looks to be attached to the bolt..not just rusted on. The RX-1 skis have bushings pressed into the saddle already so this bolt wont work as is. It also appears that a different type of rubber saddle is needed. Anyone have any idea on what exactly I need to get this to work or am I just pissing in the wind and these skis aren't going to fit? Thanks.

So I should be able to use the bolt off of the SXR skis? When I took the bolts out of each SXR ski there was a bushing attached to one side of each bolt. Did the bushing just rust onto the bolt? Also, the saddle on the SXR skis is not the same as the RX-1 saddle, the SXR skis have a raised metal box as part of the saddle, the RX-1 skis do not. Thanks for your help.

The bushing is likely corroded onto the bolt(Aluminum/steel), You should be able to get it off with some persuasion. We need clarification on the skis. If I had to guess, you have the thick Cast Aluminum Saddles coming off the SXR and a saddle less from the RX-1. A picture of the two may help.

Crewchief....you are correct, the skis coming off the SXR were the stock skis with the Cast Aluminum Saddles and the RX-1 mountain skis are the saddle less kind. I think what has happened is that a pressed bushing has come off the saddle of both SXR skis and is now rusted onto the ski bolts. I have tried like hell to get those bushings off but they won't budge. Now I'm just tying to figure out if all I need is two new ski bolts and some type of rubber saddle (or whatever they call it) as the RX-1 skis I bought didn't come with the rubber and the rubber I have off of the SXR I'm sure isn't the same as the RX-1 ski uses.
