The viper has varied compression ratios so they could keep the jetting 156.3 the same all across the board.
number one cylinder 130
number two cylinder 130-132
pto cylinder 120
warm sled up to operating temperature use a good screw in type compression gauge and give six pulls each wot with key turned off. (wot=wide open throtle)
hope this helps.

Was the engine warmed up to operating temperature?,and how many miles on the sled?

yes....I warmed it up 4 about 10 min...........it's got 6000 miles

cant just say any number, a different compression gauge will give you a different reading. those numbers seem fine.

u want to see the difference between all 3 not the number you get on the gauge every gauge will read different

To me a compression guage is good for one thing only...to intstantly know if you have a big hole in a piston or broken rings. Heck my napa guage only shows my srx with 850 miles on it between 100-105psi across the cylinders, no worries, like skidooslayer said all guages read differently. What you need-and I forget the name of it or what forum it was where I learned to build it-is a guage that tests the amount of air leaking past the rings. Mine is a drilled out br8es plug, porcelin broken off with a fitting welded to it to attach to a length of hose with a 120psi guage, and an air chuck on the other end to hook directly to air compressor. You find absolute TDC on the cylinder you're testing, screw the hollowed out plug in there, set the air compressor to exactly 100psi and let her have the air. Heads up here because if you don't have a dial indicator to find absolute tdc the engine will spin over VIOLENTLY...I usually stick a bar in the clutch and add air GENTLY, though I'm sure a bar in the clutch is not a good idea but its how I do it. So now your putting 100psi to the rings and the guage on the contraption will read the amount of air leaking past the rings. I go by any reading over 90-92psi is o.k. below that and its time for rings. Funny thing I just used my home made guage about 3 hours ago on the SRX...98psi, 98psi, 96psi...rings are good to go! I wish I remember where the write up was on how to build this contraption but I can't. I'll look around and see if I can find it. I use the guage on all my toys, nice to know what the rings are really doing without seeing them.
O.k. its called a leak down tester...couldn't remember cause there's 2 kinds of leak down testers, the other kind is for testing your crankcase for leaks...got a home made one of those too.

So u think the PTO hole being 12-15lbs lower seems ok...? the PTO plug is firing but burning black , the other 2 are tan.......it"s runnin on all 3 but a little lazey, what do u think...?
