Sold a set of Fox Shocks to someone and he claims one of them isn't holding much air. Called Fox and they said it most likely needs a rebuild. If this is so, What should I expect this cost to be. I can't find anyone around here that will rebuild them. Any ideas?

You might try a Polaris dealer as fox shocks were used a on many of there skids..

A few years ago I sent FOX shocks from my ZTR to Carver Performance in Minnesota, give them a try. From what I remember they were cheaper than my local dealer even with shipping.

I would expect $25-50 per shock for rebuilding. Any local place that rebuilds shocks can do these.
I had all 4 in my XCSP done (with pps rear) and it was like $150
I also had all 4 done on the old XCR at the same time and it was 125, because the rear shock was not position sensitive like the xcsp.
fwiw, if I bought a set of used shocks, I would assume they need to be rebuilt unless I was told they were freshly rebuilt not toolong ago. If they did not need anything, then great, butotherwise it would be ignorant to assume they would be perfect, since they were used.
Now if one had a bent shaft and I was told they appeared fine, then I would not be happy....
