I'm changing out my stock SRX tail light with a Viper tail light, ...does anybody know if the stator can handle the extra bulb? ...has anyone put a viper seat in an srx without any electrical mods?

Maybe you could use LED bulbs.

Great idea, ...just looked them up on the web, impressive product. 
just go to your local hot rod store. ours has them in stock on the shelf
