Here's the story.........
i had planned on getting a 07' phazer but due to a tanked economy i recently became unemployed.(bummer) but on the positive side i have been reworking my 93 Exciter SX for my wife to ride. so thats what i will ride again.
Here is where i get criticized. it has new seat cover, fresh paint (she hated the original color), and going to be getting the motor freshend up in the next couple of weeks.
So i just picked up a metric model m-10 to put under my exciter. it came out of an late 90's polaris (w/polaris mount kit attached) is there a difference in mounting locations or would the difference be enough to be detrimental to peformance? can i even consider using the polaris mount? i have not had a chance to measure tunnel width vs width on the skid.
I knew i could install a polaris m-10(or edge skid) with the proper measurements, but with the universal mounting system i'm at a loss as to what needs to be done. and Not having a installation guide is not helping out, i can not seem to find one online.
Has anyone put this on an exciter? and would anyone have the mounting instructions?

Hey Rob, can't really help you with the question, but I saw that sled sitting on a trailer just the other day. Can't remember where it was at though. As we drove by I said "theres an exciter that get's some upgrades" Now here it is.

sold the m-10 and going to put in a polaris edge suspension will post pics next week when i get it finished

I would love to upgrade the skid/track on my 92..
I like the paint by the way.. I plan on doing paint sometime soon here, looks much better then the white/red two-tone stock paint..
