what up with Northern Lights.....


I have talked with Dennis Kagle numerous times, and his story is at least consistent. He was ill for 10 days in the hospital. Parts were still at the heat treatment place. I don't know if there is a problem or not yet. I do think he has a lot of trouble getting work done. I have asked for help chasing this down over on Snowest. Catwoman lives in the same town. it has been a fun. i ordered viper TAs from Northern Lights and $640 was taken from my account on September 29, 2007. YES 2007!. still don't have them. what a joke of a way to run a company. talked to him 20+ times since 9/07. always something for an excuse. this is my first and last experience with NL and i won't buy anything from there again. i am very doubtful i will get the TAs for this season either! not like his TAs are cheap either.

Ask for your money back or file a suit.
 
Getting notified from a growing number of people who have ordered parts, had charges applied to their credit cards, but never seen parts. So far in the 10's of thousands and now approaching 100K.

I would check your credit card statements carefully. Seems that additional charges applied over many months is a common trend.
 
wow, hadn't heard this until now. seems like trouble SHOULD be headed his way!!! any word on how many people are getting screwed?
 
TT Northern Lights last night. supposedly the TAs are at the heat treaters and should be done in 3-4 days. he said should have by Xmas. we shall see. i was supposed to have them by last Xmas!
 
How I deal with people like this, is to tell them that you want a shipping tracking number for the parts or a tracking number for you refund within 24HRS or you will be calling you lawyer. Seems to work.
 
i got taken by them a few yrs ago also.my advice-call back and tell them you want a refund now-not tommorow!you will never get your parts,sorry to say.
