Just wondering how many North Bay guys and gals frequent this site?
It may be a good idea to get a list or something going, to arrange some rides in the near future, and to just know who else in my area uses this site

Chilli, you don't happen to know anybody in the area that would be willing to take a group to a couple off trail play areas???

Not for sturgeon falls unfortunately....it is west of north bay about 1/2 hour...the best trails in my opinion are in the bonfield area...about the same distace east of north bay, but a breeze to get to via lake nipissing and a couple nice trails...there is tons of scenic back country type places...and overall the best trails around by a longshot....
Now, Sturgeon has great trails as well, and may offer the off trail goodies, but not my area of expertise.
The good things about north bay and sturgeon falls is they are both along nipissing as well

I have road the trails from N/B south to restoule and than west to Port Loring many times and north to N/L timmins trails but never over Bonfield way.Sounds like they are worth checking out.

North Bay-ite here, I agree with Chilli, Bonfield trails are and always have been simply, the best in the area.
Once I get my Exciter up too par, I will be hitting the trails, as much as possible.

yep, bonfield, can never go wrong
Also, the back way from Redbridge to Mattawa is amazing...there is a MICA mine to stop at and check out...and an unbelivable view, called Bird's Eye view.....you can see for miles and miles and miles.....one of my fav's for sure
