I have an 02 slp piped viper.when i was riding it today for the first time i had a problem with the motor not wanting to rev.It would idle but when you hit the throttle it was like there was some kind of electrical problem, like it was hitting a rev limiter.It did this for about 4 seconds then it was back to normal.Does anyone no what this could be?
