After i blew the 600 up last year i repaced it with brand new 700 jugs, pistons, and head. i am still running the 600 carbs and cdi box and was wondering if the timing curve was at all the same to the 700 cdi, or if i would gain anything by getting the correct cdi box. iv'e got about 800 miles on my current setup and it seems to run pretty well.

the 600 cdi has a little more timming in it than the 700 ...as long as you are not over reving on the top end you should be ok ....and the carbs you need the 700 carbs ther are different parts inside them .....and clip position is different ...
