I am looking to buy a skid steer from a place in manitoba and I was wondering what kind of fees I will have to pay for to bring it across the border?? How about on sleds, so I can convert it? Thanks
 

Duty is the main one...Now normally I go from US to Canada, so have have to also pay the tax on the value of the package

Coming from canada to usa, likely just duty and maybe state taxes?

I'm not sure...but here's a few links to try...a friend purchased a sled last season from Vermont & did all the leg work ahead of time, he said to call the office at the point of entry...as they will tell what is needed (USA to Canada) is different from (Canada to USA) ...hope this helps
