Last weekend up to 5 feet of powder at 9,000 to 10,000 foot areas. It was bottomless. Rode Friday on untouched trails and meadows. Saturday did 32 miles in six hours, can you say digging a lot. Thank goodness for high lift jacks . They are calling for 24 - 36 " this weekend in some areas. We are getting a good base.

I'm going to need to get back to the western slope again real soon.
There is nothing quite like mountain riding at 9000'+ even if it is on a Cat. It is real odd how few miles you rack up but every one of them is "earned".

Got the last round of snow, now Thursday the 18th calling for 12-24 more, new winter storm warning out. Leaving Thursday for 5 days of riding. Got people coming in from Kansas, Texas and Missouri to ride. Rookies in powder

As of Dec 28th great snow, waist deep snow in meadows, Cadillac smooth trails. Southern Colorado too deep to ride in some places.
