I have a 1995 Phazer ST does anyone have a recommendation to what spring would raise engagement from 2800rpm to ~3500rpm ? The clutch is in very good shape and is a YXR and all stock with a new belt, 43.8 weights and a red/blue/red spring and is engageing at ~2800. The center to center, offset and belt deflection are all in specs. Thanks for any help !

Certainly, Someone here has used a different spring on a newer Phazer II or SS with a YXR clutch ?
My spring is Black gold black..engages around 3300! Its also a 96 mountain lite with a 2" track...very fun ride

Thank you ! Yes, it is also, a ST but, with the standard 11/4" (?) track.

It has 7 tooth drivers and I like for off trail but I'm thinking going back to 8 tooth and hopefully a 1-1/4 will fit but I've been told it will and it wont??? The top end went out the door with the 7 tooth but climbs out of everything I put it into....
