replacing new belt

Not too sure of any tricks just old fashion grunt.Shove the sheaves apart and pull the old belt off, slide the new one on and work it back and forth to get the secondary sheaves to close back up.A rear bumper stand for lifting the track off the ground helps here so you can start the sled and run the track around a couple of revolutions to seat the belt into place. If you don't have a stand then you can pick the sled up yourself while your wife runs the throttle and brake to seat the belt.

^^what Ron said, plus i like having the break on,just have it around the primary then spread the secondary and drop it in wrap it around.

also you may need to adjust deflection, let us know if the blet sqweels at
a stop..

Hey Daman I haven't had a chance to get over to check for it yet been busy at work.Hoping to get there this week or possibly on the weekend.

My belt deflection is ok if my track surges at idle right? belt sits flush to just above on the secondary and its brand new.
