HELP!
I've worked on several late 80's yamaha exciters lately and some have the powerjets still hooked up and some have a BB stuck in the fuel hose out the side. Was there some service bulletin on this ? i have one that is running too much gas into the pto cyl and i suspect the o-ring on the needle jet extension the bowl may not be sealing. the bypassed ones I've worked on screwed the main jet right into the needle jet instead of threading it into the bottom of the bowl.

My dealer took my new 88 and disconnected the power jets, rejetted and added PSI needles. I rode the sled over 5500mi without any problems.
service bulletin ?
Yes, I have heard from many places that there was an service bulletin from Yamaha for the Exciter 570-I ( 1988 - 1990 )
regarding the Mikuni VM-38 carburetor !
BUT, I can not find it !!!!
Can somebody help me ?

If someone here could make a POwer-jet bypassing mannual out of whatever service bulletin they have,it would be cool, since there are several of us here who dont speak english that well.It would be easier to understand a manuall with pictures, like the haynes-books.
So if anyone could do this, that would be great!
