I posted a note under the Viper section, didn't get much response ( except others didn't like speed sheave it has on it)... My big concern is that the pads on the secondary, at rest, do not make contact to the helix ramps! Has anyone else seen this? One guy I respect alot thinks the spring isn't on right. My cuz that does the work, thinks it's the helix. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated!

sounds like a spring issue to me as well. try the angle of wrap.

The helix and spring are not wrapped in the correct direction. Once wrapped in the correct direction the helix will make contact with the sec. buttons. I believe clockwise is the direction its suppoed to be wrapped but I cannot remember without doing it or seeing it.
You gotta twist the outer shive clockwise.
