Nice, what has been done to it?
I keep wanting to mod out my 00 XCsp, but it always runs like a champ, so I have no reason to.

Voltage regulator.Either not well grounded or defective.

cool i was hoping that wasnt the problem but a bad ground whould cause it to ramp up?? and that could cause more problems to right?

Stator produces more power at higher RPMS thus creating the ramp effect when you rev it, basically the output is purportional to the RPM, now without a volt regulator the voltage will just keep increasing. By the sounds of it 100% volt regulator. Usually down by tunnel and is bolted in, has a two prong plug going into it
Bad ground would be more spiratic increases or peaks in power. Like a flashing, or a surge.
